1.  Plant HR Operations &
   Recruitment
   

•  Lead end-to-end plant HR operations with full
  ownership.
  
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and
  employee lifecycle processes.
  
• Ensure
  smooth joining formalities and induction of employees.
  

• Oversee attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll
  input validation (on-roll & contract workforce).
  
• Coordinate with finance team for timely salary
  processing.
  
• Ensure
  wage structure compliance as per statutory norms.
  

       3. Statutory Compliance & Labour
Laws

• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and
  statutory requirements.
  
• Maintain statutory records, registers, and returns.
  
• Support inspections and audits by labour
  authorities.
  
• Handle
  contractor compliance and documentation audits.
  

     4. Industrial Relations &
Employee Engagement

• Manage employee grievances and disciplinary
  matters.
  
• Maintain positive industrial relations and
  harmonious work environment.
  
• Drive engagement initiatives and welfare activities
  for plant employees.
  
• Support
  performance management processes at plant level.
