•Develop, implement, and oversee HR strategies aligned with corporate goals. •Strong exposure to HR 3.0 and working knowledge of HR 4.0 digital transformation practice
Objective:
To lead HR transformation aligning with organizational growth, ensuring compliance •Ensure compliance with statutory and labor laws relevant to ISP/BPO operations. •Lead the design and rollout of HR policies, performance management, and employee engagement programs. •Build a robust talent acquisition framework tailored to fast -paced ISP/BPO environments. •Oversee payroll, benefits, onboarding, and workforce retention initiatives. •Collaborate with leadership to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation. •Handle corporate compliance, administrative functions, and HR audits. •Implement HR analytics tools for data -driven decision -making and performance tracking. •Drive employer branding and internal communication programs.
TRAINING / PROJECT DONE
•Advanced HR Analytics and HR Tech Integration. •Workshops on Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and Corporate Compliance. •Digital HR 4.0 Implementation Project or HR Process Automation exposure. •Leadership and Organizational Behaviour training programs.
