Job Description - HR Manager

We are looking for proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department, manage day-to-day HR operations, and align HR strategies with organizational goals. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee engagement, training, and implementing policies that foster a positive work culture

- Policy Development and Compliance

- Compensation and Benefits Management
- HR Administration


Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in HR, preferably in retail, FMCG, or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
