HR Mini Master + CATS + Implementation Senior Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP HR Consultant with 2–5 years of experience in HR Mini Master, CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet), and SAP implementation/support projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes, configuration, testing, and coordination with business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on SAP HR Mini Master and CATS configuration and support.
  
• Gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
  
• Handle employee master data, time recording, attendance, and related HR processes.
  
• Support SAP HR/HCM implementation and enhancement projects.
  
• Work on integration between SAP HCM/HR, CATS, Payroll, and Finance.
  
• Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams.
  
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and defect resolution.
  
• Support data migration, validation, cutover, and go-live activities.
  
• Analyze and resolve production issues within agreed timelines.
  
• Prepare functional and configuration documentation.
  
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and other SAP functional teams.
  

Good to Have

• SAP HCM/SAP HR certification
  
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA
  
• Knowledge of SAP Payroll
  
• Experience with HR data migration and testing
  
• Exposure to SuccessFactors integration
  

Requirements

Mandatory Skills

• 2–5 years of SAP HR/HCM experience
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP HR Mini Master
  
• Strong experience in CATS (Cross-Application Time Sheet)
  
• Experience in SAP implementation/support projects
  
• Understanding of SAP HR Master Data and Time Management
  
• Exposure to integration with Payroll and Finance
  
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
