HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the end -to -end recruitment process.

• Handle end -to -end recruitment process.​
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.
  
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and documentation.
  
• Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
  
• Coordinate onboarding and joining formalities.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
  
• Ensure smooth communication between candidates and internal teams.
  

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
  
• Experience in sourcing through job portals like Naukri and LinkedIn.
  
• Strong coordination and follow -up skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
  
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in IT recruitment is an added advantage.
  
• Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
