HRIT Analyst

Role Purpose

Collate and manipulate multiple data sources to deliver thought provoking dashboards. Ensure dashboards are timely and accurate and meet the needs of the wider business. 

Key Accountabilities

• Extract and maintain the day to day data collection process


• Deliver all core dashboards, checking for quality and accuracy.


• Work closely with Manila team to ensure reports are aligned and delivered to agreed deadlines.


• Support end users to master dashboards and extract useable insight.

Key Skills & Experiences

Education

• 1+ years experience of using data to drive evidence based decision making.


• MATHS/STATS degree - DESIRABLE

Experience 

• STAKEHOLDER MANANGEMENT – manage and deliver stakeholder requests


• DATA MANAGEMENT – Extract and manipulate data in a timely and accurate manner.


• PROJECT MANAGEMENT – able to manage small scale projects to time and budget.


• PROBLEM SOLVING – resolve technical challenges in a calm and measured approach.

Technical Skills and Knowledge

• TABLEAU – Create, update, maintain and new dashboards, ALTERYX – awareness of software.


• EXCEL – Advanced level – vlookup, pivots, macros etc.
