Requirements
Qualification: B.Sc.(Human Development), BA(HRM), B.Com(HRM), MBA or equivalent degree/diploma.
Skills: Excellent Communication(both verbal & written), Customer relations, Problem-Solving, Documentations, Time management, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Word, Team Work and Research & Analytics.
Role & Responsibilities
Gathering of fundamental or critical information from meeting with various stakeholders.
Consult the internal and external stakeholders to understand the HR functional objective and create a solution approach.
Should also be able to manage the change management for ongoing queries related to HRMS Softwares(ERP & Zoho).
Plan, coordinate, and execute HRMS softwares(ERP & Zoho) implementation projects.
Develop and maintain HRMS policies and procedures, including data management.
Develop and maintain HRMS reports and dashboards(if required).
Train HR and other stakeholders on the use of HRMS softwares(ERP & Zoho) and related processes.
Business automation and workflow process development desirable.
Good to Have
Prior knowledge of CRM, ERP, HR, Payroll & it policies is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality, with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
