Roles and Responsibilities

1. Conducting Tools Box Talks.
   
2. Ensure all the lifting Equipment, tools, and tackle are inspected and checked.
   
3. Strictly monitor the Employees to wear PPEs
   
4. Maintaining safe work practices for all equipment, machinery & tools tackles in the workshop and sites.
   
5. Preparing Checklists, Accident reports, and Incident reports
   
6. Ensure safe operating procedures are available at working workplace.
   
7. Maintaining & checking timely First Aid Kits and Fire extinguishers at all workplaces.
   
8. Preparing safety -related signboards/posters to educate the employees
   
9. Conducting Fire Drills, Rescue Drills, Evacuation Drills,s, and Mock Drills at the site
   
10. Coordinate with ISO Audits
    
11. Conducting Safety Training programs to New Joiners and Existing Employees
    

Requirements

1. At least 3+ years in Health, Safety, and Environment
   
2. Excellent commanding skills are necessary for this role
   
3. Should be a Good Computer Savvy
   
4. Coordinate with all the department HODs,
   
5. Ability to Speak, Write, and Read - English, Telugu, and Hindi
   
6. Willing to travel to different sites when it is required
   
7. Having Knowledge of attending Internal & External Safety Audits, and ISO Audits.
   
8. Having Good Liaison and Interaction skills with Employees 
   
9. Transportation safety rules and regulations must be known.
