Job Description - Human Resource Executive

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development. This role will play a critical role in ensuring that the organization has a high-performing workforce that is aligned with its strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and training.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
    • Address employee concerns and resolve disputes in a timely and fair manner.
    • Manage employee relations issues, such as disciplinary actions and performance reviews.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
    • Identify training and development needs to support employee growth and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits:
    • Administer compensation programs, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives.
    • Manage benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and time off.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Talent Development:
    • Identify and develop high-potential employees.
    • Create and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • HR Analytics:
    • Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and make informed decisions.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on HR metrics and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR)


Requirements

  • Primary Requirement: MBA in Human Resources
  • 3 years of experience in human resources management.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
