Job Description - Incharge - BESS

Responsibilities

Manage overall BESS plant operations to ensure safe and reliable functioning.

Monitor Battery Racks, PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS, SCADA, Transformer, HT/LT systems, and auxiliary systems.

Ensure maximum plant availability and energy dispatch efficiency.

Lead preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.

Analyze system failures and implement corrective actions.

- Develop asset reliability strategies and maintenance plans.
- Monitor battery performance, degradation trends, and lifecycle management.
- Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement reliability improvements.
- Optimize plant performance through data-driven decision-making.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Power Systems, Instrumentation, or related discipline.

M.Tech/MBA preferred.
