Main Purpose of Job:

• As Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a major Part in the day-to-day accounts payable process, including invoice posting, vendor reconciliation, and communicating with vendors.
• Sorting the invoices from SharePoint on a regular basis as per the process requirement.
• Must have good knowledge in handling Invoice processing related to Overhead and Cost of sales.
• Must have good knowledge of handling employee-related expenses.
• Be in contact with the Location Finance /Operation Team in case of any issues or escalations
• Must handle both Internal business queries and vendor queries via email or calls.
• Deliver services timely manner and in line with agreed TAT with good quality for activity related to Invoice posting/vendor reconciliation
• Perform Vendor SOA reconciliation with good quality and in line with agreed TAT. Following up on unaccounted invoices with the respective POC on a regular basis.
• Good basic Knowledge in Taxation like CGST / SGST / TDS / VAT.
• Good Strong knowledge in MS Excel / PPT.
• Performing Quality Audit for posted documents.
• Maintaining the Production tracker on a daily basis with correct information

The post holder will carry out any other duties as are within the scope and purpose of the job as requested by the Line Manager and ensure full utilization of all ISS systems according to Standard Operating Procedures.
