The Gist of What You'll Do:
â Influencer Campaign Management : Take ownership of end -to -end influencer campaigns -from planning
and execution to tracking and optimization -ensuring seamless operations throughout.
â Creator Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with influencers to ensure smooth onboarding,
timely deliverables, and high -quality content creation.
â Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows and processes to enhance campaign efficiency and
effectiveness.
â Data Dive: Analyze performance metrics across campaigns, identify gaps, and suggest improvements to
achieve campaign goals.
â Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align operational goals and ensure smooth execution
without direct brand -side communication.
Requirements:
â Influencer Operations Pro: Hands -on experience managing influencer campaigns end -to -end with a
strong focus on operations and execution.
â Social Media Knowledge: Understanding of influencer platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and
more, and how they function within campaign contexts.
â Detail -Oriented: Ability to oversee multiple campaign elements and ensure that every step is executed
flawlessly.
â Problem Solver: Skilled at troubleshooting issues, resolving delays, and ensuring timely delivery.
â Data -Driven: Comfortable analyzing performance data and applying insights to optimize campaigns.
