Job Description - Ingenious Advertising - Performance Marketer

Summary:

The Performance Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving scalable lead generation and revenue growth through data -driven digital advertising. This individual will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high -performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. By leveraging analytics, budget management, and cross -functional collaboration, the role ensures maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) and continuous campaign improvement. The position is critical to aligning marketing efforts with business objectives and delivering measurable results through strategic performance marketing.

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
Monitor campaign performance in real time and implement data -driven optimisations to improve results.
Strategically allocate and manage advertising budgets to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Drive quality lead generation through targeted, performance -focused campaigns.
Track and analyze key conversion metrics, user behaviour, and campaign KPIs.
Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports using Excel.
Conduct in -depth campaign analysis and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high -performing ad assets and messaging.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Manager.
Strong foundation in lead generation strategies and performance marketing principles.
Demonstrated ability in campaign budget planning, allocation, and optimisation.
Advanced proficiency in Excel for reporting, data manipulation, and analysis.
Solid understanding of campaign tracking, conversion analytics, and performance reporting tools.
1–3 years of experience in digital or performance marketing.
Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking implementations.
Excellent analytical, problem -solving, and communication skills.
