Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd is a 100% Bosch owned company in India. The company design and develops world class Hydraulic Brake System Parts that include Boosters, Tandem master cylinders and Proportionating valves. The Control Division develops innovative components, systems and functions in the field of vehicle safety, vehicle dynamics and driver assistance like ABS and ESP.RBIC would soon be expanding portfolio in passive safety and other Driver assistance products.

Job Description:

Human Resource Management :

• HRBP - for all M&SS working at Mnr & Snd
• Co-ordination with hiring Manager, HRM team & HRS for hiring new M&SS associates
• Co-ordination for Inter/Intra Entity Transfers.
• Handle induction, confirmation, F&F settlements
• Co-ordination for Annual contribution dialogue

Industrial Relations & Employee Relations:

• Grievance Handling at all level.
• Maintain harmonious industrial relations.
• Organize employees engagement activities like annual day, sports day, Festivals, health camps, birthday celebrations.

Statutory Compliance:

• Ensure on time payment of all statutory dues (PF, ESI, LWF etc.)
• On time renewal of Factory License, Contractor RC, CTO and others Labour Laws related Licenses/Registrations.
• On time submission of due returns as per applicable statutes.

 Management :

• Compliance Verification of all Contractors.
• Sharing ESPs data with respective teams at ChkP.
• Verification of invoices of related vendors. 

Apprentices/Operators Management:

• Sourcing apprentices from various platforms like institutions, apprentice portals, open market etc.
• Contract creation of apprentices on apprentices portal in various schemes like NAPS & NATS
• Monitoring their contracts until they approve. 
• Giving hiring input for Enrollment of apprentices in payroll with HRS-IN
• Arranging their ID Cards.
• Maintaining manual attendance record of all trainees due to manual entry in plant. 
• Maintaining files and leave records of Apprentices.
• Initiate leaving action though SSF in case apprentices left or tenure completion. 
• Terminate the contracts in case of apprentices separation. 

Payroll & Compensation :

• Verifying attendance Monthly dump of trainees with HRS-IN
• Providing payroll inputs to payroll team. 

Training & Development :

•  Induction training of new trainees as per IATF
• Conducting tests after completion of Induction training. 
• Induction of New joining associates.

Administrative & Facility Management:

• Transport planning for M&SS and trainee operators. 
• Grievance handling related to transport services. 
• Canteen Facility- Ensure to provide on time hygienic food and all required ompliance by Vendor and also required audit and documentation. 
• Airtel PO, invoice processing & Monitoring of Payment to ensure uninterepted internet/communication services in plant.
• PO, invoice verification & processing of Transport & Security Vendors.
• Drinking water vendor managment. 
• Safety Shoes - Procuring & providing safety shoes to Trainees, M&SS & WC ESPs.
• PO processing of all related vendors

Audits :

•  Ensure smooth periodical audits like IATF, Customer audits,TISAX , Internal audit etc.
• Ensure Smooth Inspectios/audits from government departments like PF, ESIC, HSPCB, Labour Department, factory Inspector etc.

Plant Security:

• Represent the plant as a PRS-P in One Security forum.
• Ensure the availablity of required Security personnel in the plant with co-ordination of Security Agency.
• Training of the Security manpower. 
• Key Management System- Ensure the key management System as per Bosch standards. 
• Maintain and take care of the restricted areas in plant as per Bosch Standards. 
• Weekly and Monthly reporting of Security topics to RBIN-PSO
• Reporting of Overdue NRGPs to Plant Manager. 
• Annual review and preperation of NITRO (Site Security Concept) and get it reviewed with concerned stake holders like Plant Manager, RBIC-PSO and C/AUP.
• Implementation of all security measures as per NITRO and Bosch Standard.

Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) with specialization in HR
