• Design and implement Appian-based solutions aligning with business requirements. 

• Develop workflows, processes, and applications using Appian tools. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business analysts and project managers, to gather and analyze requirements. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Appian applications. 

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices in Appian development. 

• Optimize applications for scalability and performance. 

• Actively participate in agile development cycles and contribute to sprint planning. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• Experience Required: 6–8 years of professional experience in Appian development. 

• Proven track record in designing and deploying Appian workflows and applications. 

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within a team. 

• Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders and team members. 

Preferred Sector Expertise 

While sector-specific expertise is not mandatory, experience working across diverse industries will be considered a plus.
