Job Description & Summary

*Responsibilities:  

• Lead the end-to-end design process including ideation, conceptualization, execution, and delivery of high-impact visual assets aligned with business objectives. 

• Develop creative concepts for branding, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, print media, and corporate communications. 

• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and communications teams to translate briefs into innovative designs. 

• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries to elevate the visual identity of the company and its products. 

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing creative environment. 

• Manage multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining the highest standards of quality. 

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry developments to continually bring fresh ideas and best practices. 

*Mandatory skill sets  

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably within a fast-paced agency or corporate environment. 

• Expertise in industry-standard design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, etc. 

• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design styles, creative problem solving, and successful project delivery. 

• Deep understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices. 

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 

• Experience mentoring junior designers and leading creative projects. 

• Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and deliver projects on time without compromising quality. 

• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles would be an advantage. 

*Preferred skill sets  

Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools

Bachelor’s Engineering degree, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
