Job Description & Summary: A career within….
Responsibilities:
Lead/participate in end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM implementations, rollouts, and enhancements. Conduct requirements workshops, process mapping, and fit-gap analysis aligned to best practices. Configure modules (e.g., Procurement, Inventory, OM, Costing, PIM, MFG, Planning) and document BRDs/MD50s/Setup Workbooks. Define and execute CRPs, SIT, UAT, cutover, and hypercare; develop test scripts and acceptance criteria. Design integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP), data conversions (FBDI/ADFdi), and reporting (OTBI/BI Publisher). Create functional designs for extensions, custom roles, and approval workflows (BPM). Collaborate with Finance, Projects, HCM, and external systems (3PL, IoT, WMS, TMS). Ensure data integrity, item governance, security/roles, and SOX/compliance controls. Drive change management, training, and documentation; support production with root-cause analysis and problem management. Track KPIs and recommend continuous improvement leveraging new Fusion releases/patches.
