About the Role
PwC India is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate – SAP PMO to support SAP transformation programs and project governance activities. The role involves driving project management office (PMO) processes, monitoring project execution, stakeholder management, reporting, and ensuring successful delivery of SAP implementation and transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
Support end-to-end PMO activities for SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, and support projects.
Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and reporting mechanisms.
Track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items across SAP workstreams.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level project status reports and dashboards.
Coordinate governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and stakeholder communications.
Monitor project health indicators including schedule, scope, resource utilization, budget, and quality metrics.
Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and facilitate timely resolution of project issues.
Support resource planning, capacity management, and demand forecasting activities.
Collaborate with SAP functional, technical, business, and leadership teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Drive compliance with project management methodologies, quality standards, and organizational governance processes.
Support project financial tracking, budget monitoring, and forecasting activities.
Assist in change management, audit readiness, documentation management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Contribute to PMO process optimization and automation efforts.
Required Skills & Experience
3–7 years of experience in PMO, Project Management Office, Project Coordination, or Program Management roles.
Hands-on experience supporting SAP projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
Strong understanding of project lifecycle management, governance, risk management, and reporting.
Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/dashboard preparation.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate across cross-functional teams.
Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience working in consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, or SAP transformation programs.
Understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project delivery methodologies.
Knowledge of project financial management, budgeting, and resource management.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, Agile, or equivalent certification is an added advantage.
Prior experience in consulting organizations is preferred.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
MBA or relevant project management certifications will be an advantage.
