Responsibilities:

The tasks, roles, and responsibilities pertaining to the job role of a Senior Manager will include the following:

• Developing a coherent and defensible TP policy
• Compliance and documentation management
• Strategizing and assisting in dealing with Global Dispute Resolution
• Value Chain Transformation TM(VCT) 2 / Global Structure Alignment
• Evaluating and addressing the implications of the proposed changes in regulations

The tasks, roles, and responsibilities pertaining to the job will include the following:

• End-to-end execution of client deliverables ensuring quality and timeliness
• Identification of TP methodologies appropriate to solve TP issues
• Developing and managing territory-specific models for resolving TP issues
• Preparing and reviewing transfer pricing reports
• Assist clients with calculation of TP adjustments and help them comply with TP laws
• Dealing with tax officials
• Risk management and document management
• Client relationship management and negotiations
• Assist Partners in expanding new business / opportunities and identify growth areas
• Coaching/ developing junior members on the concepts of transfer pricing
• Profiling of the company to gain visibility
• Developing strong working relationships with X-LoS teams and PwC Network Firm across different  locations.

Mandatory skill sets:

Working in this discipline will see an Senior Associate working on engagements and teams (sizes of which will vary depending on client/project).

To qualify for the same will need:

• Candidates with International tax certifications will have an added advantage
• Should be well versed with OECD TP Guidelines, (BEPS) and any other transfer pricing regulations 
• Essential skills include:
• Thorough technical knowledge on Indian Tax and Corporate Law
• General business awareness
• Advance excel, presentation and report writing skills
• Client handling
• Innovative and ability to learnAbility to discuss basic technical issues, ask appropriate questions and gather relevant information from the client

CA/ MBA/ CFA/ CS
