Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (3rd Saturday Off)

Salary: ₹22,000–₹25,000/month fixed + incentives

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, engaging them via multiple channels, and promoting our IT products and solutions. The role also includes supporting customers post-sale and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads using Google and LinkedIn.


• Contact clients via telecalling, email, and LinkedIn.


• Present and promote products and solutions to potential clients.


• Build and maintain client relationships.


• Schedule meetings for senior staff with clients.


• Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction.


• Act as a customer advocate within the organization.

Mandatory Skills:

• IT background (Candidate must be from an IT background)


• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and writtenI

Primary Skills:

• Telecalling and cold calling experience


• Lead generation using online platforms (Google, LinkedIn)


• Email and LinkedIn communication proficiency


• Basic understanding of IT solutions and products

Secondary Skills:

• Customer relationship management


• Meeting coordination


• Sales follow-up and reporting


• Team collaboration and internal coordination
