Drucare is seeking a Inside Sales Executive who is smart, curious and loves the challenge of solving problems that improve peopleâs lives. Our comprehensive Healthcare management platform is built on the latest tech stack and cloud technologies. Youâll collaborate with a fun and close-knit agile team to architect, implement, test and continuously deliver new features and solutions to our Healthcare customers.â
ü Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company.
ü Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
ü Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
ü Seek out the appropriate contact in an organization.
ü Generate leads and cold calling prospective customers.
ü Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
ü Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.
ü Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
ü Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
ü Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
ü Seek ways of improving the way the business operates.
ü Attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate for our Company growth.
ü Keep abreast of trends and changes in the business world.
ü Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
Requirements:
ü Degree in marketing, business administration, or similar.
ü Extensive sales experience.
ü Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
ü Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services.
ü Professional yet affable disposition.
ü Neat, well-groomed appearance.
ü Great networking skills.
ü Excellent written and verbal communication.
ü Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
