Inside Sales Executive

The Opportunity: 

As an Inside Sales Executive at MaisonX, you'll play a crucial role in driving our sales growth by 

building relationships with potential customers over the phone and other online channels.

You'll be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills, dedicated to exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential customers, introducing MaisonX and its offerings. Build rapport with potential customers and create interest in our products. \Address customer concerns and objections effectively, using strong communication skills to navigate the sales process. Identify potential sales opportunities and work towards converting them.Ensure accurate and timely updating of status, follow-ups, customer requirements and sales outcomes.Be adaptable and willing to take on additional channels of communicating with customers (Chat, Social media etc.) that contribute to additional sales.

Requirement & Eligibility:  

Minimum 1.5 years of experience in telesales/inside sales, preferably in fashion, retail, lifestyle, premium/luxury products or other customer-facing sales roles.Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi (Mandatory) Graduation/Diploma preferred but not mandatory; candidates with strong relevant sales experience are encouraged to apply.A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new things. High sense of ownership and responsibility.
