Job Description

The Techjockey team is seeking creative, goal-oriented and highly entrepreneurial people to join our exciting and fast-paced team. We are heads-down focused on growing and developing a smart assortment of brands and providing easy access to the best possible software purchasing experience for our customers. Our team is growing and if you are equally passionate about e-commerce and career growth, an opportunity with Techjockey may be a great match!

  • Making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads
  • Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities
  • Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information over email
  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.
  • Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
  • Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.
  • Staying informed about competing products and services.
  • Upselling products and services.
  • Researching and qualifying new leads.
  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Good Communication (Written/verbal both) with 2-5 years of relevant experience in software selling/ It selling
  • Sales Experience- lead generation to closure)
  • Good organization skills and the ability to multitask
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Strong listening and sales skills
  • Ability to achieve targets
  • Can work under pressure
  • Experience to work on CRM

  • Shift: Day
  • Location: Delhi / Malviya Nagar
  • NO WFH
  • CTC- At par with industry
