Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design and develop instructional content and learning experiences that effectively address learner needs, business goals, and performance outcomes.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, product teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex information into engaging, learner-centered materials.

Create structured content for various delivery formats—including e-learning modules, video scripts, presentations, and job aids—ensuring clarity, accessibility, and alignment with brand guidelines.

Conduct needs analysis and learner research to inform content design and instructional strategies.

Apply instructional design models and adult learning principles to build scalable, effective, and measurable learning solutions.

Leverage data, learner feedback, and content performance metrics to refine and improve learning materials and approaches.

Ensure consistency in instructional tone, visual style, and messaging across all educational content and platforms.

Stay current with trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and content development tools to drive innovation in training and development initiatives.

Maintain organized documentation and content libraries to support content reuse, version control, and efficient delivery across programs.

Qualifications

Bachelors - Communication, Bachelors - Design, Bachelors - Graphic Design, Bachelors - Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Bachelors - Visual Communication

Certifications

Certified Professional in Learning and Performance Certification (CPLP) - SC. Stefconsult SRLSC. Stefconsult SRL
