The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Learning and Development team you will lead the design and development of engaging training content that aligns with business objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning needs, create quality instructional materials, and secure delivery across various platforms. This role provides an exciting opportunity to shape the learning experience and drive professional development within the organization.

What You Must Have
- Master's Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Master's Degree in English, Communicative English, Mass Communication or Diploma/Degree in Instructional Design
- Demonstrating knowledge of ADDIE and SAM models
- Applying instructional design theories and Bloom's Taxonomy
- Conducting training needs analysis and storyboarding
- Creating accessibility-compliant content
- Visualizing complex learning journeys and interfaces
- Engaging with diverse stakeholders and SMEs
- Navigating ambiguity and prioritizing tasks
- Open to learning new skills and tools
