Integration Specialist

 ** EventMobi is a remote-first company and this is a fully remote position. You may reside anywhere provided you are able to accommodate EST working hours. 

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN US?

We are seeking a technically skilled and customer-focused Integration Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining platform-to-platform integrations. You will work directly with customers and internal teams to design, build, and support API-based integrations that connect EventMobi products with third-party systems (such as CRMs, registration platforms, and marketing tools).

WHAT YOUR WORK WILL FOCUS ON:

• Work with the Integration Services team to implement data and workflow integrations.


• Translate customer requirements into reliable and scalable integration solutions that meet their needs.


• Build, configure, and test automated workflows between platforms via APIs.


• Collaborate with pre-sales and project delivery teams to scope and plan integration solutions.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to integration performance, reliability, and data accuracy.


• Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides for integrations.


• Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration service offerings.
  

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ years of experience working with APIs (REST, JSON) and understanding how platforms exchange data.


• Solid understanding of software integrations and SaaS ecosystems.


• Experience or comfort working with Large Language Models (LLMs) to assist in integration development and troubleshooting.


• Hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Albato, Zapier, Make, or similar (experience with Albato is a strong asset).


• Technical background: comfortable reading API documentation, building data mappings, and using automation tools.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication skills – able to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


• Highly organized and able to function independently, managing priorities without close supervision.
  

NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with CRM or registration platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Cvent).
  Familiarity with EventTech or Martech tools.


• Background in professional services, customer success, or technical project delivery.


• Ability to write basic scripts (JavaScript, Python, etc.) for custom logic (optional).

REMOTE WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS: 

• You have a safe, comfortable, and ergonomic workspace and working environment - a private and quiet workspace is a vital requirement for doing your best work!


• You have a reliable internet connection capable of participating in video calls, with at least 30Mbps download speed
