About the Role:

We are looking for an exceptionally creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our design team and work on high-end commercial and premium interior projects.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent knowledge of commercial interiors, an impressive portfolio and the ability to take a project from concept development through detailed design and execution.

This role is suited for a designer who can combine creativity, functionality, aesthetics and commercial understanding to create distinctive and sophisticated spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Lead the conceptualisation and design development of high-end commercial interior projects.

·         Understand client requirements, brand identity, functional needs and project objectives.

·         Develop innovative and aesthetically exceptional design concepts, mood boards and material palettes.

·         Prepare detailed layouts, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, sections and design details.

·         Develop high-quality design presentations and client proposals.

·         Select and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, colours and accessories.

·         Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors and project teams.

·         Conduct site visits and ensure that design intent is maintained during execution.

·         Review drawings, shop drawings, material samples and mock-ups.

·         Resolve design and site-related challenges while maintaining the overall design vision.

·         Participate in client meetings and confidently present design concepts and solutions.

·         Ensure projects meet required standards of design quality, functionality, aesthetics, budget and timelines.

·         Guide and coordinate with junior designers and other members of the design team.

·         Stay updated with emerging trends, innovative materials, technologies and international commercial design practices.

Preferred Project Experience:

Candidates should have strong experience in commercial interiors, preferably involving premium or high-end projects such as:

·         Luxury Retail Stores

·         Premium Showrooms

·         Corporate Offices

·         High-End Commercial Spaces

·         Hospitality Projects

·         Restaurants & Cafés

·         Experience Centres

·         Luxury Brand Outlets

·         Corporate / Retail Brand Spaces

Mandatory Requirements:

·         5–8 years of relevant Interior Design experience

·         Proven experience in Commercial / Retail / High-End Interior Projects

·         Strong understanding of design development and execution

·         Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture and lighting

·         Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and innovative commercial design work

·         Ability to independently handle design assignments and client presentations

·         Good coordination and communication skills
