Job Timings: 4:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Working Days: 5.5 Days (Saturday Half Day Working)

The Ahmedabad branch has a staff strength of 300 employees and also specializes in transportation, supply chain, and warehouse management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Deal with international/foreign customers through calls, emails, and chats.


• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.


• Handle the complete sales process, from initial pitching to closing the sale.


• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Achieve monthly sales targets and qualify for performance-based incentives.


• Maintain professional communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in International Sales, BDE, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a related field.


• Excellent English fluency is mandatory.


• Strong customer service orientation.


• Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.


• Comfortable interacting with international customers.


• Target-oriented and motivated to achieve monthly sales goals.
