We are looking for a highly driven International Sales Development Representative (SDR)
with experience selling to international customers, preferably in the US market.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in US business hours, possess
exceptional communication skills with a neutral or US accent, and have hands -on
experience using AI -powered sales tools for lead generation, prospecting, outreach, and
CRM automation.
This role combines modern AI -enabled sales practices with consultative selling to
generate qualified opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate qualified leads across the US market using AI -powered
prospecting tools.
• Execute outbound sales campaigns through email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and
other digital channels.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline within the CRM.
• Leverage AI tools for research, personalization, lead enrichment, email drafting, and
sales automation.
• Integrate AI workflows with CRM platforms to improve sales efficiency.
• Create highly personalized outreach campaigns using AI -assisted content
generation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Leadership teams to improve conversion
rates.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales activities, and pipeline reports.
• Stay updated with trends in AI, cybersecurity, cloud technologies, and enterprise
software.
Requirements
Qualifications:
•2–5 years of experience in International Sales Development Representative (SDR)
targeting US geographies.
• Experience selling to international customers, preferably the US market.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• US accent preferred.
• Comfortable working in the US time zone.
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or
Microsoft Dynamics.
• Hands -on experience with AI -powered sales tools and workflows.
• Knowledge of AI -assisted lead generation and prospect research.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo, or similar
platforms.
• Strong understanding of outbound sales methodologies.
• Excellent follow -up, negotiation, and relationship -building skills.
• Highly self -driven with a target -oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills:
Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred:
• AI workflow automation
• AI integrations with CRM platforms
• Prompt engineering for sales
• Vibe coding using AI tools to automate repetitive sales workflows
• Cybersecurity, SaaS, Cloud, or Technology sales
• Sales automation platforms such as Lemlist, Instantly, Outreach, or Salesloft
