The company supplies a wide range of rice varieties, including Basmati and Non -Basmati rice, to international buyers across the Middle East, Africa, Europe, the USA, and other global markets.
Job Role
We are looking to hire International Sales Executives (Freshers & Experienced) who are interested in building a career in international B2B sales of rice and food commodities.This role involves international calling, lead generation, buyer follow -ups, and export sales coordination.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
• Make international B2B sales calls to overseas buyers (importers, distributors, wholesalers)
• Support lead generation and convert leads into export orders
• Follow up with international buyers through calls, WhatsApp, and email
• Explain rice varieties, product specifications, packaging options, pricing, and shipment details
• Maintain and update Zoho CRM with buyer communication and leads
• Prepare and maintain Excel sheets for buyer database and lead tracking
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and export documentation
• Communicate with buyers across different international time zones
Candidate Profile :
• Freshers and candidates with at least 6 months of sales or export experience can apply
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Confident in speaking with international clients
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools
• Knowledge of AI tools and smart working methods is an advantage
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem -solving skills
