Inventory Executive

Job Summary: Bayfield Food Ingredints Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a hands-on Inventory Executive to manage day-to-day stock operations at our warehouse/facility. This is an on-ground, physically active role requiring close coordination with warehouse staff, vendors, and the operations team to ensure accurate inventory records and smooth material flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against purchase orders and delivery challans


• Physically count and reconcile inventory through regular stock audits and cycle counts


• Organize and arrange goods in designated storage areas for easy access and space optimization


• Maintain accurate stock registers, bin cards, and inventory management software entries


• Flag and report damaged, expired, or short-shipped goods immediately


• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment


• Monitor minimum stock levels and raise indent requests to avoid stockouts


• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and categorization of all inventory items


• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and orderliness of the storage/warehouse area


• Support periodic physical stock-taking and year-end inventory reconciliation


• Follow all safety protocols while handling equipment, machinery, or bulk goods

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or stores management


• Basic knowledge of inventory software/ERP systems (training provided if needed)


• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet for extended periods


• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping


• Basic literacy and numeracy skills for documentation


• Ability to work in shifts, if required

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or distribution setup
