Investment Product Sales Manager

Role Purpose

We are looking for experienced Investment Product Sales Managers to drive growth in Assets Under Management (AUM), deepen client relationships, and expand the investment franchise through acquisition and advisory-led engagement with HNI/UHNI clients. The role requires strong investment acumen, client management capability, and the ability to collaborate across internal stakeholders to deliver superior client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive investment product sales across asset classes including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Structured Products, Bonds, Equities and Alternate Investments.


• Manage and advise HNI/UHNI client relationships with a focus on portfolio growth and long-term wealth creation.


• Acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships to achieve AUM and revenue growth targets.


• Leverage research insights and market intelligence to provide suitable investment solutions.


• Partner closely with Relationship Managers, Product Teams, Research, Operations and other stakeholders to build business synergies and enhance client experience.


• Monitor market developments and proactively identify investment opportunities for clients.


• Ensure adherence to regulatory, compliance and risk management standards.

Eligibility & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in investment product sales within the BFSI sector.


• Proven experience in managing HNI/UHNI clients and delivering advisory-led investment solutions.


• Strong understanding of multiple investment asset classes and market dynamics.


• Demonstrated track record of AUM growth, client acquisition and revenue generation.


• Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.


• Strong analytical, relationship management and presentation skills.

Educational Qualification

• Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred) OR


• CA / CFA or equivalent professional qualification.
