  Understanding
  the code base, architectural considerations, design and design
  decisions related to the product/project.

  Mentoring
  and coaching developers ‘technically’.

  
  


• 
  

  
  Build
  and lead team, manage people and products/projects.

  
  


• 
  

  
  Work
  independently and/or with the overall lead to come-up with
  estimates, design, plan and resource assignments.

  
  

Experience 10
Years of overall experience in IT, with 3-4 Years of experience in
mobile computing (with 2 years experience on iPhone development and
Architecture) 

Skills Mandatory Skills: 

•
Excellent development experience in C, C++, Objective C 2.0 

•
Hands-on experience in COCOA Framework, XCode 3.1, Interface Builder,
iPhone SDK 3.0 and above. 

• Experience using Mac
development environment. 

• Client-Server architecture
understanding. 

• Excellent communication &
inter-personal skills. 

• An eye for great design and
user experiences. 

• Hard-working and a fast
learner.

Nice to have: 

• Experience on other
mobile platforms/technologies (such as Android, BlackBerry, Windows
Mobile) would be an added advantage.
