• Counsel prospective students via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding Digital Marketing courses.
  




• Understand student requirements and suggest appropriate training programs (SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, etc.).
  




• Explain course details, curriculum, career opportunities, and fee structures clearly.
  




• Handle end-to-end admission process including follow-ups and conversions.
  




• Maintain a database of leads and track interactions in CRM systems.
  




• Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
  




• Coordinate with trainers and academic teams for batch scheduling and student onboarding.
  




• Provide post-admission support and ensure a positive student experience.
  




• Stay updated with the latest trends in Digital Marketing to guide students effectively.
