Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Support member to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing prompt technical support to internal staff and clients, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining system functionality, and assisting with various IT-related tasks. This role requires a strong understanding of computer systems, software, hardware, and network troubleshooting, along with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to end-users for software, hardware, and network issues via phone, email, or in person.
  

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems, ensuring minimal downtime for users.
  

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues, including operating systems, network configurations, and peripheral devices.
  

• Install and configure computer systems, software, and network devices for employees and clients.
  

• Maintain and update documentation on technical processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting guides.
  

• Assist with system maintenance tasks, including regular software updates and patches.
  

• Monitor system performance and escalate issues to higher-level technical support when needed.
  

• Assist with onboarding new employees by setting up workstations and providing basic technical training.
  

• Collaborate with IT teams to improve technical processes, system security, and user support strategies.
  

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company and client data, following all relevant security policies.
