A dynamic IT solutions provider operating across India, we deliver end-to-end infrastructure, hardware, and software support to enterprises and SMBs. Our team ensures seamless technology operations, rapid troubleshooting, and proactive system maintenance—empowering clients to focus on core business while we own the tech backbone.

Role & Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, servers, and network hardware across on-site client locations.


• Deploy, update, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS/Linux OS and enterprise software (MS Office, antivirus, remote access tools).


• Manage user accounts, permissions, and group policies via Active Directory and Azure AD.


• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software failures, ensuring 99%+ uptime for critical systems.


• Document configurations, asset inventories, and incident resolution steps for knowledge base and compliance.


• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to escalate and resolve complex infrastructure issues.
