What you’ll do


 


As a Senior Client Delivery Manager, you will be taking ownership of driving delivery excellence for the large customer account, bringing a strong execution mindset, collaborative approach, and deep expertise in technology & cloud. With a positive, go-getter attitude, the focus remains on simplifying complexity, enabling teams, and continuously improving outcomes, while exploring new innovative areas like AI to enhance delivery value.


 


As Client Delivery Manager you will be responsible for the following tasks:


 



  • Own and grow the client engagement for SAP CE&A CDM EMEA and act as the voice of the client within SAP.

  • Accountable for entire SAP CDM engagement, lead the engagement with supporting GCO functions and roles to deliver as per contract scope and in line with customer expectations.

  • Setup proactive service plan and conduct regular service review meetings with clients (operational and strategic topics).

  • Act as an (de-)escalation point for delivery-related topics (Incidents, Service Requests and other customer requirements).

  • Ensure seamless alignment across multiple CE&A and GCO and other SAP internal and external stakeholders.

  • Oversee client onboarding activities, upgrade/migration projects, and other service delivery initiatives.

  • Support commercial change request management in the client lifecycle, perform contract compliance and risk management (project and business risks).

  • Support the positioning of additional ECS offerings and support contract renewal in alignment with SAP sales and presales teams.

  • Share knowledge across CDM community.


 


What you bring


 



  • Fluency in English is mandatory

  • 10+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, including strong exposure to cloud environments and transformation programs.

  • Strong understanding of SAP Basis operations, cloud technologies, and hyperscalers such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.

  • Experience managing strategic enterprise customers and large-scale transformation engagements.

  • Have strong understand of customer contract & ability to manage commercial governance effectively while keeping operational and contractual processes clean, structured, and well aligned.

  • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to manage critical situations calmly and effectively.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across global teams and diverse stakeholders.

  • Positive & inclusive attitude, adaptability, and passion for continuous learning, innovation, and customer success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Project Management knowledge or certification is an added advantage.

  • Ability to build trusted customer relationships and drive long-term strategic engagement.

  • Experience leading governance discussions, escalations, Hypercare, and operational reviews

  • Ability to drive customer transformation initiatives with confidence, ownership, and accountability.
