Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end -to -end recruitment for IT
  roles (sourcing to onboarding)
  
• Understand job requirements and
  collaborate with hiring managers
  
• Source candidates through job portals,
  LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  
• Screen resumes and coordinate and
  schedule technical interviews.
  
• Maintain candidate pipeline and ensure a
  smooth hiring experience
  
• Follow up with candidates and maintain
  recruitment trackers and reports.
  
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool
  for future hiring needs. 
  

What We’re Looking For

• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment
  (IT hiring preferred, freshers with strong interest can apply)
  
• Basic understanding of IT roles such as
  Developers, QA, Support, Data roles is a plus
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal
  skills
  
• Ability to multitask and work in a
  fast -paced environment
  
• Self -motivated, proactive, and
  result -driven mindset
  
• Familiarity with job portals like
  Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.,
