Job Description - IT Sales (Business Development Manager)

Employment Type: Full -Time
Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan (Onsite)
Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result -driven Business
Development Manager (BDM)
with experience in IT Staffing / Staff
Augmentation
. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client
acquisition, account management, and revenue generation
through FTE, C2C,
and C2H hiring models
. The role involves identifying new business
opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with
recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and staff augmentation
    services.
  • Develop
    and maintain relationships with direct clients, vendors, and hiring
    managers
    .
  • Work
    on FTE (Full -time) ,C2C (Corp -to -Corp) and C2H
    (Contract -to -Hire)
    staffing requirements.
  • Identify
    potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and
    networking
    .
  • Manage
    the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Understand
    client technical requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/delivery
    team
    for timely fulfillment.
  • Negotiate
    contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
  • Maintain
    and update sales pipelines and CRM records.
  • Conduct
    regular meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and
    long -term partnerships
    .

 



Requirements

Required Skills

  • Strong
    experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation sales
  • Experience
    working with FTE, C2C and C2H models
  • Lead
    generation and client acquisition

  • Negotiation
    and closing deals

  • Client
    relationship management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Experience
    using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Understanding
    of IT technologies and hiring requirements

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
  • Experience
    working with domestic or international clients (US/India markets)
