• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a significant portion dedicated to the IT Services industry.
  
• Proven expertise in core Java programming and advanced object-oriented design principles.
  
• Strong proficiency in database technologies, including SQL, data modeling, and performance tuning.
  
• Deep understanding of operating systems and their impact on application performance and deployment.
  
• Extensive experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis to effectively translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions.
  
• Demonstrated capability in designing and implementing complex system architectures and technical strategies.
  
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems like Apache Kafka and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes.
