Job Description - Javascript Engineer

We are looking for a TypeScript / JavaScript Engineer who solves problems from first principles, challenges assumptions, and builds simple, reliable software.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain production applications using TypeScript and JavaScript.
Translate business problems into clear technical solutions.
Design APIs and reusable application components.
Write clean, testable, secure, and maintainable code.
Improve application performance, reliability, and developer experience.
Review code, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to technical decisions.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams.

Requirements

Strong experience with TypeScript and JavaScript.
Good understanding of asynchronous programming, APIs, and software design.
Experience with automated testing, databases, Git, and CI/CD.
Ability to evaluate assumptions, trade-offs, risks, and system complexity.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
