JB -014 Senior Executive, Accounts and Logistics

Job Description

1. Prepare and issue customer invoices and logistics documents as approved
   

2. Track receivables outstanding balances and coordinate structured payment follow -ups
   

3. Punch vendor bills purchase orders and accounting entries into systems
   

4. Record accounting transactions ensuring accuracy compliance and proper classification
   

5. Perform reconciliation of customer vendor and ledger accounts periodically
   

6. Prepare shipment documentation including invoices packing lists dispatch papers
   

7. Coordinate shipment booking dispatch and delivery with logistics partners
   

8. Track shipment movement transit status and delivery timelines continuously
   

9. Prepare accounting schedules and support statutory returns filing activities
   

10. Submit consolidated accounts logistics reports and reconciliations for authorization
    

Requirements

Requirements

1. Graduate qualification mandatory for combined accounts logistics execution role
   

2. Commerce background preferred for accounting and documentation alignment
   

3. Three to five years experience handling accounts and logistics operations
   

4. Working knowledge of accounting entries reconciliation and shipment processes
   

5. Strong accuracy discipline documentation control and statutory compliance awareness
