Job Description

1. Configure automation
   workflows CRM rules and integrations as per approved
   designs
   

2. Execute AI tool setup
   testing and deployment under defined automation
   guidelines
   

3. Support
   implementation of process automation across business
   operations workflows
   

4. Maintain automation
   configurations scripts logs and execution documentation
   

5. Monitor automation
   runs identify errors and report exceptions promptly
   

6. Perform routine
   testing validation and troubleshooting of automation
   workflows
   

7. Support data
   preparation tagging and structuring for AI tool usage
   

8. Assist in maintaining
   automation dashboards performance metrics and reports
   

9. Coordinate with
   functional teams for automation execution support
   activities
   

10. Escalate automation
    issues performance gaps and failures to reporting
    manager
    

Requirements

Requirements

1. Graduate BTech or MCA
   qualification preferred for automation execution role
   

2. Zero to two years
   experience in automation workflows or AI tools
   

3. Basic understanding
   of CRM systems workflows and integrations
   

4. Familiarity with
   automation platforms scripting or low code tools
   

5. Willingness to learn
   test execute and support automation solutions
