We are seeking a dynamic Technical Sales Executive to drive business growth through consultative selling of construction technology, engineering solutions, digital platforms, and enterprise software offerings across infrastructure, construction, energy, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a Civil Engineering background who can engage customer stakeholders, understand project and business requirements, position solution value, and support the conversion of opportunities into long -term customer relationships.
The successful candidate will combine technical understanding, solution consulting, business development, customer engagement, and sales execution skills to support strategic account growth and revenue generation. Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), digital transformation technologies, and modern engineering platforms will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sales & Revenue Growth
- Drive business growth through acquisition of new clients and expansion of existing strategic accounts.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline across target sectors and customer segments.
- Support account planning and opportunity development activities.
- Own sales opportunities from lead qualification through proposal submission and closure support.
- Achieve assigned revenue, business development, and customer acquisition targets.
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Infrastructure, Construction, Energy, Airports, Ports, Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers, projects, and growth opportunities.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry events, referrals, cold outreach, and customer engagement activities.
- Build relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, EPC contractors, project owners, and decision -makers.
- Support strategic account expansion through cross -selling and upselling of solutions and services.
- Maintain a strong opportunity pipeline and provide regular business forecasts and market insights.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing teams on go -to -market initiatives and business growth strategies.
Technical Solution Selling
- Understand customer business challenges and map them to relevant technology and engineering solutions.
- Conduct discovery meetings, requirement discussions, and solution presentations with customer stakeholders.
- Demonstrate construction technology platforms, project management solutions, digital engineering tools, analytics solutions, and AI -enabled capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and delivery teams to develop customer -specific solutions.
- Translate technical features into measurable business outcomes and customer value.
Proposal Management & Commercial Support
- Support preparation of proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, presentations, and solution documentation.
- Develop customer business cases, value propositions, and ROI -based discussions.
- Participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
- Ensure timely submission of proposals and adherence to internal governance processes.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build relationships with project managers, engineering teams, procurement teams, digital transformation leaders, and business stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor during solution evaluation and implementation discussions.
- Coordinate internally with delivery, product, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth customer engagement.
- Support customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth initiatives.
Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor offerings, and customer requirements.
- Identify opportunities within infrastructure, energy, airports, ports, industrial, and manufacturing sectors.
- Gather customer feedback and provide market insights to leadership and product teams.
- Support strategic initiatives for market expansion and business growth.
