Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to support our finance team in managing day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions accurately.
  
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.
  
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
  
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
  
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  
• Support internal and external audit activities by providing required documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial procedures.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth financial operations.
  
  

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce (B.Com), or a related discipline.
  
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
  
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and basic taxation concepts will be an added advantage.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, SAP, or similar ERP systems.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
  
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
• High attention to detail with strong accuracy.
  
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
