Junior Accountant (Male)

• Experience Level: FresherPerform invoice validation to ensure accuracy of billing details, tax calculations, and totals
  
• Carry out invoice verification against purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents
  
• Identify discrepancies, mismatches, or errors in invoices and report them to the concerned team
  
• Coordinate with internal departments for clarification and resolution of invoice -related issues
  
• Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of all invoices processed
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standard accounting procedures
  
• Support the finance/accounts team with routine accounting and administrative tasks
  
• Meet daily and monthly invoice processing targets within defined timelines
  

Requirements

1. M.Com qualification is mandatory
   
2. Freshers are encouraged to apply
   
3. Basic understanding of accounting principles
   
4. Knowledge of invoices, billing, and documentation processes is an added advantage
   
5. Good numerical ability and attention to detail
   
6. Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email, accounting systems – preferred)
