Junior Business Analyst

At STRI we are hiring Business Analyst. This is a Chennai based (in-person interview) role.

We’re looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our client team who are in the Banking Sector in Chennai. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-

functional teams to design effective tech-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

∙Elicit, document, and manage business requirements (BRD/PRD)

∙Analyze data to generate insights and improvement opportunities

∙Bridge business needs with IT solutions; support UAT and implementation

∙Recommend process enhancements and monitor project progress

Requirements

Bachelor’s in BCA, BE, MBA (Analytics), or related field

2–5 years in a Business Analyst or similar role

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Trello; Power BI/Tableau a plus

Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC preferred

Preferred

∙Experience in finance or banking sectors

∙Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA
