Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Content Development & Writing

• Assist in researching, writing, editing, and proofreading content for social media and campaigns
  


• Adapt content into multiple formats such as captions, posts, and basic scripts
  

Social Media Management

• Support day-to-day management of social media platforms
  


• Schedule and publish posts as per content calendar
  


• Maintain trackers for posts and campaigns
  

Coordination & Follow-ups

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  


• Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of tasks
  


• Flag delays proactively and maintain accountability
  

Basic Design Support

• Create simple creatives using Canva (only in case of urgency)
  


• Support designers with references and feedback
  

Video & Podcast Support

• Assist in podcast and video workflows
  


• Support reel creation and coordinate with editors
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Track basic performance metrics
  


• Assist in compiling reports and ensure data accuracy
  

General Support

• Support communication activities across campaigns
  


• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
  

Requirements

• Basic understanding of social media.

• Strong ownership, follow-up, and organisational skills.
