Job Description - Junior Executive Client Service - Brand Experience


As a Junior Executive Client Service - Brand Experience at Éclat Media Worldwide Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the client team and contributing to the successful execution of marketing strategies. This role provides an excellent opportunity to immerse yourself in client relations, project coordination, administrative tasks, and campaign execution within a dynamic marketing environment.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with the client team to understand client business strategy, plans, and requirements. Assist in client communication and respond to inquiries promptly.


  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including creative, and strategic departments, to ensure the timely and successful delivery of marketing projects. Assist in creating project timelines and tracking project progress.


  • Administrative Support: Handle administrative tasks related to client accounts, such as contract management and invoicing support. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project details.


  • Content Strategy Support: Contribute to the development of content strategies aligned with the brand’s philosophy. Support in the creation of strategic content while upholding the agency's creativity standards.


  • Campaign Execution Assistance: Participate in campaign content creation and management. Assist in conducting research and gathering relevant material for interactive content development.


  • Brand Enhancement: Support in the development of brand-enhancing copy for various channels. Assist in creating innovative buzz around brand promotions, launches, and events.


  • Analytics and Reporting Support: Assist in utilizing analytics tools to analyze and monitor the effectiveness of campaigns. Contribute to the development of quarterly marketing plans and monthly calendars.






Requirements



  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in client servicing or marketing roles within the advertising agency industry.

  • Familiarity with marketing concepts and techniques.

  • Excellent research and analytical skills.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.





Qualifications:




  • Bachelor’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
