Job Description - Junior Executive Client Service - Events


As a Junior Executive Client Service - Events at Éclat Media Worldwide Private Limited, you will play a crucial role in supporting the client team and contributing to the successful execution of events.


Key Responsibilities:




  • Client Communication: You will be the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements, and ensuring clear communication throughout the planning and execution phases.


  • Understanding Client Needs: Thoroughly grasp the client’s objectives, preferences, and expectations for the event. This involves active listening and the ability to translate their vision into actionable plans.


  • Proposal Development: Create proposals that outline event details, including venue options, catering, décor, entertainment, and budget estimates. Present these proposals to clients and negotiate terms as needed.


  • Coordination and Planning: Coordinate with various departments and vendors to execute the event seamlessly. This includes scheduling, logistics management, operation planning and creative outcomes and ensuring all elements align with the client’s expectations.


  • Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve issues that may arise during the planning process or on the event day itself. This requires quick thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure.


  • Budget Management: Responsible for actively participating with the team in managing budgets and ensuring all expenses are within the agreed-upon financial framework. This may involve cost negotiation with vendors and adherence to financial guidelines.


  • Post-Event Follow-Up: Conduct post-event evaluations with clients to assess satisfaction levels and gather feedback for future improvements. Maintain relationships with clients for potential future engagements.


  • Creativity and Innovation: Offer creative ideas to enhance the event experience and differentiate offerings from competitors. This could involve suggesting unique themes, entertainment options, or technological innovations.


  • Attention to Detail: Pay close attention to every aspect of the event to ensure all details are meticulously planned and executed.


  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with event coordinators, vendors, and other professionals involved in the event to ensure a cohesive team effort and smooth execution.






Requirements





  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in client servicing or event management within the events industry.


  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.





Qualification:




  • Bachelor's degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field.
